Six Cygnets
October 18, 2005
The late-afternoon sun shines through the fluffy down of a family of young swans, as they follow their parents (the father is just out of frame on the left), down the River Torrens.
Details: Nikon 18-70mm, 70mm, f/5.6, 1/200s, ISO 200, crop.
Note: I'm currently way behind on daily posting, having been away, and not in the posting 'mood', for a while. I'll be spending the next while catching up.

I saw black swans like this on Kauai and was really intrigued by them. They're very beautiful birds.

Great!
I love the light, the water, and the black on white play!
